UPDATE: The CEO of Stoneside contacted me about this matter and resolved my issue with compensatory actions. I believe they now know the flaw of their customer service loop, hope they'll improve their customer service for all future orders.

We customized all of our window roller shades from this company including some auto rollers. Please read below for how they provided their “excellence" service.
Firstly, the installation was very unprofessional. The guys came in without putting on a mask(this happens during the Covid time). He stepped on our pillow directly without any protection to install the temporary window shades above our bed. I was shocked by how careless the installer was. Not to mention, certain parts were missing on the installation date.
Second, it is unacceptable that the company lied in their communication. Because the installer didn't bring our auto roller charger on the installation date, I had to follow up with the designer, Stephanie Sullivan, for shipping it to us. The designer told us it will be dropped off by the installer in a few days. However, that never happened. Then I followed up with them AGAIN, she then filed a ticket with their customer service team and said it will be shipped to me ASAP. I waited about a month before I reached out to them AGAIN. Now they said it is still on the road, they'll be receiving it soon, so I waited another month. Unfortunately the charger never came in. I tried to follow up AGAIN, but they started to stop replying to my email. I just sent them an email yesterday for ANOTHER follow up. Interestingly they've blocked my email.
The unprofessional installation, lying in email communication, blocking of emails, bad attitude, and are all major concerns. You think it is essential for any company to provide good customer service as it directly affects their reputation and trust of the company. However, it appears that this company doesn't care about the most basic customer service.
