- RMRachael Mumgaard1 day ago5.0Can't recommend Stoneside enough! Process was easy - Dana was was very helpful in the process of going back and forth to find a solution that fit our budget. I felt like she really listened to what we needed and didn't pressure us. Dave installed the shades and they look great. The chain on one of the shades came attached to the wrong side and he fixed it for us. He was friendly and prompt in arriving and completing the installation. Very pleased with the process and the end product!

Moving to Cambridge I just happened to stumble across them on google, after trying to talk to two other window treatment companies who had bad customer service and made my life difficult. When I found Stoneside, everything got so much easier. Michelle came for the consultation and was so kind, thorough, and professional. They got the order processed quickly, and were so accommodating for my time sensitive requests. They even messaged me on a Sunday with updates. Above and beyond. William came to install and he was just so professional, quick, and had such great etiquette.
