I think there are better ways to communicate without making someone feel bad. Not everyone has $400 to spend on a blind 🤷♀️

Call Stoneside and get superior customer service, excellent pricing, and professional installation! After trying to track down 2 local window treatment companies - only to be told I couldn't get an in-home appointment for 2 weeks and that the fabric work houses close soon and I cannot get my new window treatments before Christmas, I Googled-out my frustration and found Stoneside!!! While on their website a live chat was initiated by the company (they were watching) and we scheduled an in-home consultation with Dana Ross for the very next day!!! Dana was wonderful! She helped me choose drapery fabric and coordinating blinds, provided an estimate for work, and placed the order within 24 hours. The complete window drapery and blinds were installed in 3 weeks. BEFORE Christmas!!! Don't waste your time on local ladies who are too busy to help potential customers. We had 32+ windows to cover and she helped us tremendously during the process and choosing what would be best for us, we placed the order the same day Abby gave us the proposal. The blinds are gorgeous and look amazing in our home. We ran into few issues during delivery and installation, but everything was squared away quickly with Abby's and Lisa's prompt and professional customer service.
