- RMRachel McB4 days ago5.0I love this small community! The people in the office, Marvin and Kelsey, are so funny and approachable. There are so many tress that provide natural shade, and the small size of the community compared to massive complexes gives this place a cozy and homey feel. Maintenance request are easy and dealt with within a day or two. The office also has free treats or food for residents on Fridays! This is a great, cozy, affordable apartment complex.

- NGNate GonzalesSep 6, 20255.0Kelsie that works in the leasing office help me out so much today!!! I had my car towed from the complex and it was by a company that WASN’T even suppose to be there! I called Kelsie so many times today and she just kept helping me and coming through for me in a tight spot. She even called me back twice when I was away from my phone. She was able to get my car back from the towing company for free which saved me almost $250! She was professional and very pleasant and got stuff done fast! SHE DESERVES A RAISE OR A PROMOTION OR ALL OF THE ABOVE! KELSIE YOU RULE!!! ❤️❤️❤️

- LTLela TJun 5, 20255.0I’ve been living here about a year and would 100% re-sign if it wasn’t so far from my work. Pool gets sun until 6pm + depending on the season. I spend a ton of time there. Place for shade and there are pool games. The people at the front desk are super kind and always have fun events going. Shoutout to Marvin. Maintenance is the best, they’re SO fast, I swear even the smallest thing is taken care of within the day. Also I don’t think I’ve ever heard my neighbors.
