- MKMichael KleimanSep 26, 20255.0I went to Stone smoke shop today to exchange a Maven torch I got from them about 1 wk ago. The torch worked 1 time and then stopped. Ray the manager took really good care of me and took his time to explain the difference in quality of a few brands. I ended up going with a Newport Zero torch. This is my 3rd. Best company I’ve used so far. I paid the $5 difference and he took the broken Maven back. I really appreciate Ray and his customer service care and support that he provided me. Ask for him, he’s great.

The guy there, although not exceptionally friendly was very helpful and got me what I was looking for right away. Will definitely be going back
