- BCBill CorwinOct 3, 20251.0So sad to leave this review. This was my go to place for boarding and grooming. The last time I kenneled the dogs, a week or so, I picked them up and there was left over food. I pre-packaged all of their meals and we counted them out when I dropped them off. Those weren’t extra meals. Those were meals that didn’t get served. Today’s 7am grooming appointment was finally ‘done’ at 12:30. I called at 10:15 and asked about status of the 2 dogs and was told they were done. Walked in 15 minutes later and could see my 7am dog on the grooming table. I was told I could take one dog and the other would be done at 12:30. When I returned at 12:30, she wasn’t done and then was chided that if she needed to be done by a certain time I should tell them in advance. This dog had a 7am appointment. You told me to come back at 12:30. You gotta be kidding. Farewell Stone Mountain Pet Lodge.

- ARA RJul 3, 20255.0Stone Mountain facility and it's day care staff are absolutely amazing! They are ALL so sweet and take such good care of the pups!! JARROD is exceptional beyond words. He is clearly well suited for his position. He's calm, gentle, kind , and compassionate with the pups and with people alike. Our puppy leaps into his arms upon arrival and I'm pretty sure she sheds a tear when she ends up going home with us INSTEAD of Jarrod. Could NOT find a better place to entrust with the care of our puppy. They don't just care for your pet, they ALL seemingly genuinely love them too!

He’s been amazing to work with and the feedback/report card he sends after each visit is so appreciated. You can see the exhaustion in her face. I just picked her up from Stone Mountain.
