Do NOT rent here if you value your sanity. The units themselves are fine. Nice and spacious. That’s where the benefits begin and end.
The management team especially is just infuriating to deal with. There were multiple instances where the HVAC systems would leak water in my roommate’s closet and soak his carpet. Maintenance would take their sweet time tending to it and whatever patch they’d put on it would come undone by the next storm that passed through.
And don’t be fooled by its appearance as a gated community. The gates malfunction so frequently that they have to leave one of them open at all times. So you’re essentially paying gated community prices for none of the gated community security.
But the most infuriating thing was management mistakenly flagging us for late rent payment, over and over and over again. To be clear, we were never ONCE late on payment, and yet for a stretch of time they kept flagging us for it anyway and tried to charge us extra for a late fee we never deserved. Even when we told them how frequently this happened they made no clear effort to rectify the situation. This was especially frustrating because of how easily a mistake like that could damage our credit score. And when my roommate would bring it to their attention they’d act incredibly passive aggressive, like WE were inconveniencing THEM to fix it.
And finally, at some point they revised the old lease agreement we signed which originally stated that we needed to give 30 days notice prior to ending our lease. This was changed to where we now needed to give 60 days notice. This change was not made clear to us when we submitted our written notice to end in August, despite me clearly mentioning the date we intended to end our lease AND all 3 of us going in to their office at separate times to sign end-of-lease paperwork.
So even though we did as we were instructed, we’re still expected to pay a full month’s rent for a unit we’re no longer living in. All because they failed to properly communicate their policy changes.
So if you love your possessions getting waterlogged and being hounded about rent that you already paid, then go ahead and rent here. Otherwise don’t bother.

Oh where to begin. I lived here for just over two years and overall the experience was up and down at best but when they changed the person that was property manager and assistant property manager the issues ESCALATED. First of all calling it a gated community is just wrong. About 2/3rd of the time we lived there the gates were just broken and left open. I believe now they are just gone completely. The real issues are with the HVAC constantly flooding my closet carpet and it being a real chore to get it fixed. The team here is slow to respond and come off passive aggressive when answering questions. It takes several emails and in person visits to get proper answers. Also I have never once paid rent late and they tried at least 6-7 times to charge us late fees. It got to bad I just had them photo copy every single check I gave them and sign it. For the price overall I would look elsewhere when looking to rent.

Do not rent here unless you want to pay full price to live in a health hazard. Months of dealing with black mold, nothing but bleach cover-ups, and constant excuses. They love to say ‘we care about resident health,’ but if you read their response below, remember it’s the same copy-and-paste line they give everyone. My pregnant wife and I have had to stay in hotels, rent storage, and throw away furniture because of their negligence. This isn’t an inconvenience—it’s dangerous and a clear failure to provide a safe home. Avoid this place at all cost. Below are pictures that cover 3 months of consistent mold growth that is what they call “solution solved” with bleach and spray paint cover ups.

Gates are broken and always open, so just about anyone can get in! There's a side gate that doesn't even close and the community center gym door looks like its been kicked in, over all not even close to the standard a gated community should be. Address/mail is disorganized, had several packages delivered, and go missing due to another apartment of the same number getting them.

I’ve stayed at the property for over a year and a half. The first one flooded and had mold growing everywhere. They tried to paint over it. And it grew back. I got chronic asthma. They allowed me to move to another unit. “Basically down sizing “ had to pay rent for the old apartment and the new one. My mother passed away. I was late on my rent a few times. NEVER NOT PAID. They allowed me to renew my lease. And evicted me ten days later. So now I have a judgement. When they could’ve just told me no. I couldn’t renew. Just to take me to court and didn’t want anything.and soon after the lady who took me to court was fired. Smh. Maintenance suck. You don’t get what you pay for. The gates are always broken. They took away valet trash. The trash can is always full. The car spa hasn’t worked since I’ve been there. Dog poop everywhere. The ceilings are always leaking. They do a quick fix just to have severe damage. Kayla was the best one working there and cared for her residents. Everyone rent is different and not even worth it. They always highball first.
