    Bought my first new car and Mr. Michael Tucker made things as smooth as possible. And treated me right while giving me some good advice as well.     I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Stokes Kia of Goose Creek. My vehicle was in their service department for over a month. After two attempts, I was told it was a high-pressure fuel pump issue, but the problem persisted after picking it up. I had to take my car to a different dealership, where they fixed it on the first try. I also incurred significant costs, including towing and rental expenses for nearly 30 days. As someone with over 20 years in the dealership business, I found their Service department to be very dissatisfactory. I would advised to go to a different Kia dealership.

    I tried calling the Service Department for a week and no one answered. I finally had to go to live chat and advise them of the problem. A service advisor finally called me back and quoted me a price of 46$ for an oil change. I thought that was a little low for a synthetic oil change so I asked for a confirmation email. Instead, I received an email for new and used cars on sale. I was able to reach service and they then quoted me a price of 70-75$; couldn't even get a fixed price And spare me the AI response about feeling sorry and to call to make things right. That's the number they don't answer

    If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I am highly disappointed with my recent experience at Stokes Kia. Over the weekend, my 2022 Kia Telluride (which I purchased new as the original owner) began having serious issues that made it feel unsafe to drive. As a parent of two young children, safety is my top priority. I brought the vehicle to Stokes Kia first thing Monday morning, only to be met with an unprofessional experience. The service representative at the counter, with her vape pen sitting openly on the desk, refused to have anyone even assess my vehicle. Instead, I was told the earliest available appointment would be September 22, nearly a month away. Due to the urgency of the situation, I had no choice but to take the vehicle elsewhere. The shop I took it to, confirmed my Telluride was not safe to drive. Unfortunately, because Kia could not accommodate me, the necessary work is being performed outside of the dealership, which now voids my warranty. This has left me paying out of pocket for expensive repairs that should have been covered. When purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, customers should be able to rely on timely support when major issues arise, not be turned away because the service department is backlogged with routine oil changes or forced to wait weeks while driving unsafe vehicles. One of the main reasons I chose Kia was because of the warranty program, but after this experience, I can confidently say I will never purchase another Kia again.

    Almost walked out!! I walked around the showroom kept walking by an office area where there were 3-4 men they made eye contact but never acknowledged me!! So then another man Carlos came and I stopped him and asked if they sold cars there and did they want my business or I would gladly go elsewhere! He told me he was finishing with a customer and he’d be right back! He came back with Micheal who Carlos said would take care of me!! And he did!! He was very informative and worked with me and was very kind and helpful!! Carlos and Micheal save the sale from the dealership!! Without these two employees I would have most certainly walked away so thank you gentlemen for you time and effort you gave me! I walked away happy with the care I received and the car I got! Shame on the other men that just looked at me and went about whatever they were doing cause they certainly weren’t customer friendly or oriented! One again thank you Carlos and Mike!!
