This was our first time coming here, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor from the start. The person who was attending us didnt take the time to explain anything to us, and they didn’t even verify our personal information – which they got wrong. When it came time to pay, we were the first in line, and one of the employees actually told us to go to the cashier. But once we got there, the cashier rudely sent us back, telling us to "get back in line" even though we were already at the front. It was confusing and frustrating, especially since their coworker had just directed us there. To top it off, when it was time to get our key, the staff member helping us took over 15 minutes, while another employee managed to help four other customers in less than 10 minutes. To make things worse, when we finally got the car back, the inside had oil stains. They really need to work on their customer service and internal communication.

Deluna Nicholas – Service Advisor (Never take service advice from him) I brought in my 2023 Honda Accord for a tune-up at 10 AM and was told the service would take about 3 hours. Instead, I did not receive my car back until 7 PM — nearly 9 hours later. Throughout the day, I was repeatedly told to “wait one more hour,” which turned the entire experience into a frustrating and inconvenient ordeal. Honest communication from the beginning would have saved me a lot of wasted time.

i made an appointment to do my oil change and this guy named jerry helped me in the beginning..i felt like when i told him that the service should’ve been still covered when we bought the car and he didnt like that because he had to go an extra step to look for it..you should also talk to your cashiers for better customer service. all they do back there is flirt with each other. you cant even try and ask them a simple question!!!!

3 months back, my A/C on my 2016 Honda Civic went out. Before the car was even seen, the service advisor told me that it was a leak on the compressor and that it would be very expensive. That was the 1st red flag, a service advisor telling me the problem was before the tech even took a look at it? Weird. I brought that to his attention and he scoffed and doubled down, where then I responded telling him, “Listen, get the car seen first, and after technician gives you a report, tell me what’s wrong with it, you’re not a tech”. We scheduled the drop off, and upon a phone call to come pick it up, he told me it was the compressor, and that it cost a couple thousand dollars to fix. I said, “okay I’m going to pick up the car and get a second opinion, thank you”; his attitude didn’t sit right with me and I had red flags going off. When I arrived to pick up the car he gave me the keys and I asked him for the technicians report, at that moment he tried to evade the request, and when I pressed him a second time, THE SERVICE ADVISOR took 5 minutes typing the report in front of me! In other words, THE TECH DIDN’T MAKE THE REPORT! The service advisor fabricated it. I left and bought the correct AC RECHARGE, recharged it, and the AC works perfectly ever since! I’ve checked compression 3 times, and UV testing once to the result of 0 leaks anywhere. I last tested it today. Don’t trust Stockton Honda, I have the report he typed to prove it, I just want to warn others to be careful with this place, also all the receipts and proof of my purchases of AC recharge. Beware!
