  VEHICLE STOLEN. My mother dropped off her 2019 Honda Accord at Stockton Honda on October 3rd, 2025, for service. While the vehicle was under their care, it was stolen directly from their lot, an absolutely unacceptable and shocking situation for any customer. To make matters worse, no one from the dealership has reached out to her to apologize or provide a formal explanation. We have tried repeatedly to get in touch with the general manager and service manager, but there is no direct contact information listed on their website, and all we receive in return are automated “thank you for your internet inquiry” emails. The vehicle was later found abandoned in San Jose, but we still have not been allowed to inspect it or receive any details about its condition. As of now, Stockton Honda has failed to respond in any meaningful way. This entire experience has been stressful, disappointing, and unprofessional. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business here to think twice, especially if this is how they handle customer property and communication, it speaks volumes about their accountability and care.

  I’m going to drop a name or two and if you want a solid deal where you’re not meant to feel like a fool for asking them to lower the price, don’t deal with them. Gordon and one of the other managers, or maybe it was him on the phone the whole time, either way they would not BUDGE. They made me feel like I was asking for too much, that I was being “too optimistic”. If you’re a woman trying to get a fair, good deal on a car, don’t bother coming here. Sly was a fair salesman, but his managers were way too stubborn. I personally felt like dealing with a woman didn’t sit well with them, or that they didn’t take me seriously. I ended up contacting Honda in Capital City Sacramento, told them my price, they worked the numbers and within TWO DAYS we secured a price that was MUCH less than the Stockton location. Ask for Peter, and Royce the manager there, they were nothing but Kind and respectful. Before buying here make SURE to contact them for competitive pricing. Brought the car home today and I’m so happy I didn’t have to struggle the way I did here.
