  After waiting months and months for them to complete our taxes, we paid $800+ dollars. It was one excuse after another. Here we are 2023 and we are receiving new bills from Stith Linke & Associates. My wife contacted them today and expressed our concern for receiving more bills after we paid what we were told was due at the time of the filing. To keep from arguing, my wife paid the alleged balance and was supposed to receive an email showing that we paid in full. Immediately following, she left a Google review. Mr Stith just called my wife directly, asking us to remove our review! If that wasn't enough he then told her that we actually owe even more. Wow. I am shocked at the lack of professionalism and the audacity to tell us that we owe more and then attempt to bribe us with half of the extension fee to remove our Google review! I'm not leaving a derogatory review but I am leaving an accurate account of our experience which was very negative. In short, I am appalled.

  I contacted Whitney Stith at the recommendation of a friend and neighbor who has income/expenses from several family farming operations, as well as a regular job and has been a client for years. I figured if they could handle his diverse situation, then they would be a good fit for my small, home-based business. I have been very pleased so far. Whitney and his staff have always been helpful and available to answer my sometimes numerous questions regarding my accounting needs. I would recommend them.

  I was a walk in and needed a specific type of tax return. My father had passed in 2017 and I had all his taxes completed with the exception of his estate tax return.This was my last thing to be done to complete his affairs. I had them done by another company that said I owed an exorbitant amount of money. Something told me to have the return looked at just to make sure they were correct. Whitney Stith welcomed me in to his office, asked me some questions about the return and he assured me the other return was so very wrong and gave me my sanity back. Fabulous customer service experience by him and his staff. Not only did he correct the estate return but he also corrected my last years personal tax return. I highly recommend this company to any and all for all tax issues. Thank you Whitney you are a saint.

  2002 it was a great company til Matt left. Underpaid from what I understand. His replacement owes IRS thousands, he's making payments. Thats what he told us. Our taxes haven't been completed properly since 2012. After several years of broken promises we replaced Whitney. OMG should have done it years ago.
