- JLJohn Lambert2 days ago5.0Mr. Parker had been here once before on a service call. I found him to be very intelligent, knowledgeable, polite, professional and most importantly a man of integrity. We had an issue with a faucet that could have eliminated one of our cabinet drawers but by doing this work correctly, he avoided it. I apologized to him for being picky but he admitted that he was too and would not cut corners in his work. I asked Mr. Parker a few plumbing questions not related to his work or even plumbing and if he didn’t know the answer he said he would try to find out. Mr. Parker is a craftsman. I would highly recommend Mr. Parker for anyone requiring plumbing work.

He had even offered some tips on how to avoid future calls for issues. All in all he was here a total of 30 minutes and we were back in business. Kudos to SWSG for having a great tech like Syna Ven.
