- CFCanario FamilySep 3, 20255.0Not many people may be aware but you can go into their building and they do have a small showroom and parts counter. I just left and was able to purchase replacement seals for my garage doors. The price was great, much less than the generic rubber/plastic ones avaat big box stores. Also, the items I purchased were aluminum with the gasket, not just rubber. Additionally, there were lots of colors to choose from the the gentlemen at the parts counter was fantastic; knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I will definitely return when in need again and for anything new.

They did a thorough inspection found an issue and had everything working fine. About a month later I had a similar problem. The same technician returned and apologized for the repeat issue. He went over everything and finally found the problem. He fixed it promptly. Stewart did not charge me for the return call or the part installed to correct the issue. I would highly reccomend this company. Great service, friendly technician and they stand behind their work. Chris Morris

- SKSherri KlapowJul 22, 20251.0We have had our garage door for over 5 years now and it has not functioned properly since we had it installed. They were good about replacing the panels to fix the bowing issues but it did not work. 5 yrs later we have to spray our door down to cool it, so that it can open. It also has glass windows and all the frames have cracked. We are still waiting on new ones, but hard to get that resolved when no one responds to your emails. I would not recommend this product and disappointed in their customer service.
