I had an auto policy with this agency. As a licensed P&C professional with over 10 years of experience, this is a simple policy. I submitted my cancellation request via email in December 2024, directing it to my assigned agent. However, the policy was not cancelled until February 2025.
Despite my initial request, I had to make multiple follow-up calls to ensure the cancellation was processed. I also forwarded my original email to Adriana for further assistance. Unfortunately, the policy still was not cancelled properly.
I have been meaning to contact the office regarding my refund, as I never received the return premium for the unused portion of the policy. Today, I discovered that the cancellation issue remains unresolved. Not sure who I spoke with, whoever she is she made it clear they were unwilling to assist! I would not recommend to purchase any policies with this agency you will end up loosing money!
