I worked for another insurance company and heard the horrific things that happened during the claims process. I switched from my company to State Farm for this reason, and paid a little more for this.
I recently got into my first auto accident at age 63. Every aspect of the claims process was outstanding. It was easy to send information via the app or speak to a claims rep (all of whom were amazing service professionals).
I had one small snag due to the type of accident, and reached out to my agent’s office. Anjali Hughes uploaded a document for me and escalated the issue. I had a call from the adjuster Sean the next day, and he had already sorted the issue and called the shop, before he called to tell me I didn’t need to do anything but pick up my car.
I’m now a State Farm customer for life.
