  I gotta say these people are awesome here! Even though I don't know Steve on a personal level I feel like I do because there ain't been a time I don't think that I've went there and Steve not pop up in the same room to tell me hello! Not only that but the ladies in the office there are just as friendly! They definitely make you feel at home in this caring, country kinda way. Oh and I can't forget to mention the insurance rates are just as great! I can honestly say these are good small town people here that I do highly recommend! I'm very picky about who I recommend when reviewing a place and I only do when I truly know on a personal level that the place is worth recommending. I also don't get paid for anything I say making every review I post a legit no filter opinion for the record. Just incase anyone is wondering. Thanks Steve and crew for always taking care of me and making me feel like family there! - James L. Hensley III

  Update: 10/23/17 They don't have an auto reminder feature or a auto pay option here so my policy was cancelled without me knowing 3 months before I had an accident. No e-mail, no phone call, no mailing letter. I had an emergency drive to Michigan because my grandmother passed away. No coverage, no recovery and no help from them. Talk about a two-faced company... -------------------------------------- I haven't had to shop for automotive insurance in years & these guys made it easy. I knew it was wise to call ahead to get the application started, and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Beat that Geico! It did seem they ran the automotive insurance estimate online with Progressive, The General, Allstate & more, but they were so much faster than if I got these estimates myself. (Because of my record) I chose The General, also known as Permanent General Companies because they offered $84/month for one year for my 2008 Chevrolet Colbalt.
