  Poor management! Definitely not shopping here, I came to return some shoes that was bought on 7/27 at 12:40 pm I came to return it today at 8/27 12pm, it’s has not been 30 days yet! She said the system won’t let her, She even called her “district manager” I finally said I will take the credit and the manager said you would have to use the credit right now! I did not even have an option to even use the credit later! According to their policy she said. She even had the audacity to tell me I can try to sell it to someone because she cannot help me! Mind you this is not even 30 days and not even her district manager can help very poor service!

  I had a disappointing experience at this store. I came in to return a pair of shoes I had bought just the day before. An associate who greeted me started the return process but then passed me over to the store manager because she cash out another customer. Right from the start, the way the manager treated me felt off almost like she assumed I had worn the shoes, which I hadn’t. Her attitude came across as rude and, honestly, gave me the impression she was being prejudiced toward me. She kept asking unclear questions about the return, and when I said I preferred a cash refund (which is what I had paid), she left and disappeared for a while. The associate told me she was getting the cash from the safe, but when she finally came back, she said she had called a supervisor and claimed they couldn’t refund me in cash — only store credit — or that I had to go back to the Allen location where I originally bought them. I explained that I’m a tourist and couldn’t travel back to Allen, but she still refused to help. Ironically, when I went to a full-price Steve Madden store today, they processed the return with no problem and gave me my cash refund. Overall, I felt the attitude and treatment I received at this location were unprofessional and unfair.
