  Where to start the houston premium outlets location i feel like they sometimes have an attitude over the phone and in person but this location goes above and behind their genuinely interested in what you want as the customer and i placed an online order in store and they were so helpful. I unfortunately didnt catch their names but the attendant called multiple locations country wide to make sure i got the shoes i wanted from online. they both were also extremely friendly and attentive to both myself and others in the store. absolutely prefer driving the extra way from the outlet mall to katy mills if i need a madden purchase!

  The manager and associate, Katherine and Jillian, who helped me today were gold. Excellent service. I had an absolute nightmare experience with Steve Madden online store/customer service, but the ladies turned that experience around for me. They are awesome!
