  The manager behaved very badly, we have been in the store since 6:45 and she waited until 7:02 pm to avoid cancellation and then told us to come tomorrow.

  Store is prejudice against people of color. No one approached me in the store to ask if I needed any help but about a mask during a time where those who are fully vaccinated are not required. Woman walked right passed me to ask her counterpart to approach me about a mask. Steve Madden lost a customer and much money today. Do not shop here. Their prices are no different from online as well.

  Steve Madden shop at the outlet mall has a pretty good selection. however pricing didn't seem to be typical of outlet malls as the items were seemed full price. The outlet is quite large so there is plenty of parking but it does get busy on the weekends especially during the holiday
