  This is, without a doubt, one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The product I received was of appalling quality — cheap, defective, and clearly not as described. It looked like it had been thrown together with zero care or responsibility. What’s even worse is the complete lack of customer service. They don’t answer emails, don’t pick up the phone, and offer no way for customers to resolve issues. You’re completely on your own once they take your money. It’s like they vanish into thin air. This store is a disgrace. They clearly have no respect for their customers, no intention of providing quality goods, and no professionalism whatsoever. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place at all costs. It’s nothing but a money trap run by people who simply don’t care. Save yourself the headache and frustration — shop literally anywhere else.

  I had an amazing experience shopping at the Steve Madden Outlet, and I have to give a special shoutout to Gabriel, one of the associates. He was incredibly helpful, assisting both me and my mom with finding the right shoe sizes. His attention to detail and knowledge of the products really stood out, and it was clear he was genuinely dedicated to making sure we had the best shopping experience. Even while helping us, he was also attentive to other customers in the store, making sure everyone was taken care of. Great service, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Honestly really felt like the Manager there with the blond hair was not honoring their own error at the store. Saw some sandals marked at 29.99 on display and an additional 50% off on top the price on the actual boxes was 39.99 with the 50% when I brought it up to the Manager she told me that she would honor the 29.99 on the display but without the 50% off. I felt really disrespected as she should have honored it due to their own error. She said the system wouldn’t let her add the discount, but when we were at checkout another cashier accidentally added an extra discount and the price was cheaper, but yet “the system wouldn’t let her honor the 50% off. I won’t be returning to purchase anything at this store anymore. Shady Manager.
