The Store is beautiful and I have a Great experience with the blonde girl but the Hispanic girl arrived and it was the worst experience I ever had, I really love Steve Madden but that kind of treatment it’s horrible

Manager is a condescending jerk and has no idea how to talk to people. Also is very disrespectful and wastes peoples time. She is very disorganized and does not have good communication skills. When I walked in I was not greeted and the staff were all on their phones. I’m not surprised considering how negligent the manager is. I’d shop elsewhere.
