  Beautiful store. NASTY employee. This extremely tall individual was rushing out of the back of the store towards the front and bumped into me head-on. Instead of apologizing, he looked at me with a look of sheer disgust and snapped, "Watch where you're going cracker!" I think his name was Brian? Will NOT be returning. I will be purchasing my shoes from DSW from now on.

  Fabio, the store manager, was outstanding.The store was quite busy at the time of my visit. He was handling all the customers happily and efficiently. When I needed help with a request, he went out of his way to help. He is very client centric and clearly wants to deliver great service for his customers.

  I would give one star If i could. This is one of the worst Steve Madden stores I have ever been too. The manager specifically was racist to me and my boyfriend. I asked her for help and she felt the need to ignore me, then when I confronted her about it she took my shoes away even though I told her I would be purchasing them. While she was doing that she keep asking all the white customers that didn’t even need any help if they were okay. Mind you I actually needed help at that very moment. I walked out and won’t be coming back EVER. Don’t waste your time here, there are plenty of better shoe stores!
