We had a very uncomfortable experience while purchasing our shoes. There was a girl with black hair that seemed to be a manager or at least that’s what it seemed like since she was going orders to the other employee. When she would give us our shoes to try she wouldn’t hand us the shoes but instead slam the boxes next to our seat. Another super rude encounter was when you would ask her a question she wouldn’t answer till her eyes and address the next customer. I believe her name is Adriana, but not sure. She should not be working a customer service job if she doesn’t like being polite

Bought 2 set of shoes there, the sales man was friendly but when he went inside to get my new shoes he immediately put them in the bag and rang me up;to my surprise when i got home & opened the box he had given me displayed shoe which happened to be stained and all used, I couldn't believe he did that, just because I'm Hispanic he thought i wouldn't say anything; I suppose,I called them up yesterday but no one answered will call them up again today,.I will see what happens.
