  I went there today to get a bag. The bag I wanted did not have a fresh piece available. The staff was extremely rude, they lack basic customer service and treat you unwelcomed. 0/10 recommended, never going again

  Shay the store manager and Hudiya went above and beyond to help me find the heels I wanted. Shay called three different stores to help me find the heels because they were sold out online and I’ve never had such great customer service as I did today. Truly made an impact and I only want to shop here when they are in store. Thank you so much ladies you are the best!!

  This store has a good selection of shoes, and I haven’t had a previous problem until tonight when I went in close to closing, and the two young women associates made me extremely uncomfortable; they kept snickering and looking at me as I browsed. Did not feel welcome at all, and was an overall weird experience
