  Wish I could give it 0 stars. Was here on Monday 9/1 to buy two boots I was loookg forward to purchasing. I bought one at the store and got the other one delivered to my house —- it took me so long at check out because I had to make sure my email and address where correct - I was probably at check out for a while 10-15 minutes. Upon reviewing I noticed that the address was wrong….even though I made sure to provide the correct address, I had to get my phone and and look at my maps and make sure I provided the correct address so I’m just not sure where that went wrong, but the information the cashier put was completely incorrect. I called, and after being on hold for 15 minutes they let me know they can change the address. This morning 9/4, FEDEX emailed me that they are delivering my package by Saturday…to the incorrect address!! When I would call, the guy on the phone kept saying it want their fault because they updated the address…but this literally could have been avoided had they done their job correctly in the first place. I had to cancel my order, that was the only solution, they offered no discount or any accommodation due to the mistake THEY MADE! I’m so disappointed and upset about how this was handled.

  This store has lazy employees. It was busy but the employees at this store were just sitting, giggling/talking amongst them. When we approached them, they looked like they didn’t want to be bothered, didn’t even ask if we needed help and showed no interest helping us. They were just seated by the chair next to the cash registers. They were holding their cell phones, texting all the time. Lazy employees. We were here between 3:30 to 4:00 pm on Sunday April 30th. Can’t help to watch them.
