  I walked in not expecting to buy anything and walked out with the cutest boots. The staff in the store, Joclyn and Sylvia, were very welcoming. Sylvia was very accommodating despite the store being busy and took the extra time to help me with my countless requests. I think I got a decent price on my shoes, too! Thank you so much!

  had a great experience here! silvia helped me out right before their closing time, which she really did not have to do, so i appreciate that :-) got leg warmers and cute boots. thanks!

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & RETURN POLICY!!!! They state they have no control over if you receive your shoe in used condition, and basically that you have to live with it. Buyers Beware. I ordered a shoe in store since they didn’t have my size in stock and upon receiving the shoe, it had already been worn with scratches all over it and the bottom of the shoes were very dirty. I spoke with Steve madden representative and they told me they can’t help me since I ordered it in store, I need to call the store for assistance. I left a voicemail and nobody got back to me, so I tried calling again a week later and I spoke with somebody who was no help at all and I let her know what had happened and that I don’t live in town and she said that they can’t help me and that they can’t guarantee That the shoes will be in good condition when it gets to the customer and that they have no control over that. And that in order for me to do a return, I would have to come in store, which I can’t since I don’t live nearby. I then call Steve Madden‘s customer service line and they tell me that they can’t help me since I purchased it in store. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this store or shopping at Steve Madden in general, I will never shop at Steve Madden again due to this experience.

  I came into Steve Madden yesterday planning to buy boots or flats for work, but the customer service was terrible. There were at least four employees standing around at the counter chatting, and one guy moving shoes, yet not a single person greeted me, offered help, or even acknowledged me while I tried on shoes. Instead, they were busy talking to each other. It’s clear from other reviews that this is a repeated problem at this location. If employees can’t be bothered to do their jobs, it’s no wonder customers walk out without buying anything.
