  Rob made our day! We brought shoes in for an exchange and he made it seamless, easy and we got beautiful new pair, definitely worth stopping by in Soho. He could take care of a hurricane!

  The only Steve Madden I shop at. Honestly the only shoe store I go to. The staff are always attentive and are so friendly. Top notch service- I always feel well taken care of. The manager is very caring and checked in so often! Overall this is the best store.

  I could finally understand why the google score here is so low. I brought a shoes 10 days ago and but I never received the shoes as what they promised. I came back to the store and the staff asked me to wait for another 40 mins on Monday morning to proceed the refund. It was unacceptable that customer paid so much time cost for their mistake. Horrible. I will never purchase anything here. Highly not recommended.

  Let’s talk about service! I came in on Friday and needed some last minute sandals before my vacation, and after work, and the staff was phenomenal! Omg I am from NY but this team was amazing, attentive, and the best faux-girlfriends a girl needs when trying to decide what to do buy, while boosting my confidence! I can go on and on but seriously… top tier for me! And special shout out to Kiona, I hoped I spelled your name right! Girl, I need to find out if you can bottle that secret sauce you have because I need it asap! Thank you Queen, you guys rock!👸🏾
