  Visited today to try on a few shoes that I saw on the site , but wanted to try them on in person . Horrible unfriendly experience . The employees were more focused in gossiping about other customers walking in . Gave up on waiting for a shoe I requested that never came out . I left Disappointed . Lack of customer service was disappointing !

  I never write but on this occasion I took the time to do so since the experience in this store was horrible. My wife and I ordered a pair of sandals, size 7, and we paid for them before leaving. My wife checked the boxes and surprise, one was missing. The saleswoman took a sandal and put it in the box, saying that it was the last pair. We went home and when we checked again we realized that she had put in a size 6 sandal. We returned the next day and the manager as well as the saleswoman treated us contemptuously, blaming us and treating us very badly. They did not even apologize. Translate a conversation

  Nice selection of boots but I have no idea how to get a pair to try on. Could use a commissioned sales person-greet everyone and say LMK if you need a pair to try on. I'd sell a ton if I worked there.

  Muy buenas noches me tomo el tiempo de escribir este comentario por que tuve una pésima experiencia en esta sede, es una de mis marcas favoritas siempre compro por que me encanta la calidad de sus productos, llegue a la tienda y Como trate de cambiar un pedido que hice online que por cierto pedí talla 7 en unas sandalias y me llagaron talla seis, le dije a la asesora que si podía hacerme el favor de cambiármelo ya que ellos si tenían la talla que inicialmente había pedido, fue frustrante para mi el ver el trato tanto del manager Como de la asesora ignorándome por completo y diciéndome de la manera más fría posible y sin importancia que no podían cambiarme las sandalias cuando el error no fue mio. La atención fue decepcionante por que jamás me solucionaron el problema aún que no fue mi error repito. Espero que este episodio no lo viva ningún otro cliente por que fui con todo el ánimo de comprar y que me solucionarán el problema y fue todo lo contrario.
