  The vibes when I went in this past Friday were amazing. The entire team made me feel welcomed and I felt like I had a whole hype team helping me pick my shoes. Loved everyone, specially London who helped me pick the cutest shoes. Will be back : )

  Disappointed with Online Order Experience I placed an online order with Steve Madden on May 28 with an expected delivery date of June 3. I planned to wear the item for an important occasion next week. However, when I contacted customer service today, I was shocked to learn that the item hasn’t even been manufactured yet and won’t ship until August. No one informed me about this delay, and the website still shows the item as available with no mention of backorder or manufacturing delays. This lack of transparency is very frustrating especially when planning around a specific timeline. I expected better communication and accurate information from a brand like Steve Madden. Unfortunately, I’ll now have to scramble to find an alternative last minute. Disappointing experience overall.

  Brandi was phenomenal. I was running behind to come and pick up a certain shoe and I had a birthday party to be at and I got to the store after it closed and Brandi stayed and waited for me so I could get the shoe, that was nothing but love and I am forever appreciative of her excellent customer service! Thank you again Brandi !

  The shoes are pretty, my experience was superb, but the quality of the shoe is HORRIBLE. I will not be buying anymore shoes from Steve Madden.
