  I've stopped in this shop before and they were great and helpful. This time recently I was shopping online and the pair of boots I wanted were sold out; I called the store and asked if they were in stock and the associate said they also didn't have them but they were able to call another store location and have them shipped for me from PA. I don't remember the associate's name that helped me (I want to say Kara but I could be wrong) but she was very helpful and professional.
