  I’m extremely disappointed with the sales associate at this store when I came in today at 5pm to return a pair a of heels that were UNWORN to tell me that they have been worn when I didn’t wear them. They were clean, no scrapes and the price tag was on there and no damage. I keep explaining to them that there is small very minimal marks (which was like that before I bought them) because people ask for their size to TRY IT ON. Anytime anyone buys a pair of shoes at a store people try them on and walk around in them to test out. It’s never 100% perfect when purchasing a pair of shoes. She was also very rude and clearly doesn’t understand. Avoid this store.

  Extremely rude and condescending ~ I called to confirm that a pair of shoes were on hold for me as I was headed out to the mall to purchase them (I wanted to make sure it was mission viejo steve madden and not another store that I had put the shoes on hold with) ~ she told me she didnt know if they were on hold because she had just gotten there and i had to ask her if she could please check...then at the conclusion of the conversation I said Ok thank you so much see you in a bit and she said YEP an hung up ... Just rude customer service skills. No common courtesy. If i could give zero stars i would ~

  I bought a pair of shoes here. Since they didn't have the right size the sales associate told me if I order this, I would receive it in 3 days. It's been a week and I have not received the shoes yet and it won't arrive for another 4 days according to the tracking number. All customer service line has to say is we can't do anything this is what it is. I could just go to another store. Very disappointed.
