  Was given a very difficult time about shoes my daughter got me for Christmas boots that were a size 7 when I wear a size 8. She had a gift receipt and was told I could exchange for a different size or buy something more expensive. I can’t squeeze my foot into a size 7 boot for the life of me all I did was try them on and they didn’t fit. They made it seem like I wore them all around town and basically called me a liar. They finally said they would exchange my shoes for a bigger size but didn’t give me the box as if I do this for a living go around exchanging shoes cause it’s super fun. The store manager called me “honey” and not in a nice way.

  Great Service!! I recently went to Steve Madden for some shoes. The staff helped me find shoes for a wedding I was attending, and they did not let me down! Everyone was so helpful and made sure I left with what I needed! I will definitely be returning!!
