  Had to buy boots urgently for an event and tried on a few pairs before settling on one. Got home, opened the bag, and found two completely different right-foot boots in the box. Can’t believe I walked out of a shoe store with mismatched styles in one box. This is outrageous. Thanks for ruining my event outfit!

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I went to this store today to get help exchanging some shoes for a different size and the sales lady was so rude, unprofessional, and unkind. She made me feel bad for wanting to exchange my shoes bc it seemed like such an inconvenience to her. This was my first time buying something from Steve Madden, and it will definitely be my last. I never want to set foot in that store again
