  Fun, wonderful experience at this location. I specifically came to this location because of the super negative reviews at the Steve Madden store in Allen, I actually live closer to that one. Coming to the Galleria location was definitely worth the drive. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Alexis. She was tending to another customer, but she did not wait long to check on me. I saw a pair of boots online, and she grabbed my size and boom, done! Alexis was professional, knowledgeable, fun and sweet, and I love these boots. I will be back!

  I hate that all the girl employees just look you up and down and dont greet you at the checkout. I tried to return something and without even looking at the item ir receipt they said i couldn’t do the return because it was final sale, even if it was final sale they could have at least checked and not have been rude about it. I was able to return the item online but it was just a horrible experience and honestly felt humiliated at the way they thought i was dumb. The managers attitude was just very high school mean girl
