  I placed an order on your website through Klarna a week ago, and it’s still stuck on “Pending” No one has bothered to contact me, and I haven’t received any confirmation emails. This is really disappointing—I’m giving your service a one-star rating!!

  First time at The mall of America , & walked into Steve Madden randomly. Whole experience was good , anthony was a great big help with helping me pick out my sandals & glasses ! Great customer service :)

  Love there product there customer service is so bad I would much rather buy the shoes again instead of going into this store to exchange or return them they treat you so disrespectfully and don’t want to help you avoid at all cost

  Terrible service. Terrible inferior low quality shoes. Purchased a pair of shoes after wearing the shoes 10-15 times both shoes had 3in rips in the sole of the shoes. I had contacted the store and Steve Madden corporporate 8 times and never had received an answer about replacing the shoes or getting a refunded. The fact that after 48 days the shoes were now trash and I had kindly contacted both the store and Steve Madden corporate 8 times and they did nothing is awful customer service. I will never be purchasing another pair of low quality Steve Madden shoes.
