Shopping for new home/auto Insurance on-line and found “Steve Carpou - State Farm Insurance Agent”, e-mailed them what I needed comparing my old insurance and they replied that day if i recalled. I kept on shopping other insurance asking questions etc., finally decided to go with this group. Ginny Nix my contact person, helped me all the way explaining and walking me the process of changing insurance company, I haven’t talked to Steve Carpou probably because he is a busy man because of lots of clients but I’m sure having Ginny Nix in their team represents the whole “Steve Carpou Group” operates to help new clients get home/auto and other insurances easy to understand.
