Dr. Woo is simply outstanding! She’s gentle, compassionate, and takes the time to explain every single step of the procedure. She frequently checks in to make sure you’re comfortable and doing okay, and her calm, soothing voice makes all the difference. Her assistant was just as kind and attentive, and together they made the experience completely stress-free. Everyone I encountered in the office was thoughtful, considerate, and genuinely happy to be there. It’s clear that this is not only a great place for patients but also a wonderful place to work, you can feel the positive energy throughout the office. They made me comfortable and she and her assistant worked like a well-oiled machine. It also helps that the clinic is new and clean. I appreciate Dr. Lee’s adherence to infection prevention process by washing her hands every time she starts working, though I couldn’t tell about her assistant. Over-all, I appreciate the professionalism and competence !

- GLGeraldine LeyanOct 28, 20255.0My first time here and I was early but a nice lady think her name is Bonnie took me back and X-ray my teeth.then took me to in the back where Dr woo came in and ask me questions and this and that.she was really nice and explained how stuff going and what she is going to do.I will definitely comeback.only thing I would say it a bit pricey but I guess that because she is a specialist.other than that 5stars!

This was just a consultation But I found the doctor very easy to talk to as she outlined my options and allow me to choose. Everyone from the dental tech to the front office staff were very kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. I noticed the office was very clean and very high tech. This was a great improvement over my experience with the previous endodontic office..
