  Can’t really speak for the quality of their work but I reached out about retaining them and never heard back one way or another. I have found in my personal experience that attorneys who don’t have their direct email or phone on their website are usually a waste of time and bad on the business side of things. Edit: it’s always exhausting when companies use some lame excuse like we don’t have a record of you. Yeah, that’s the problem. I called about possibly retaining you guys and no one called back. Thanks for affirming that.

  After being separated from my former employer in a company-wide layoff, I was informed that the company had decided not to honor a substantial part of my severance agreement. I explored my legal options and looked at many different law firms before reaching out to Sterling Employment Law. I am glad I did. I spoke with attorney James Baker, we discussed the case as well as the different options available to me. Initially we anticipated the company would be reasonable and decide to settle after being approached by Sterling Law. Unfortunately, they weren't and James ended up having to represent me for the next 18 months through arbitration with the company. Throughout the entire ordeal, he was professional, communicative, encouraging and respectful of my input and ultimately won the case on my behalf for the full amount originally included in the severance agreement. I would highly recommend him and his firm.

  Ray was great.. Helped me get out of an unfortunate employment, messy agreement, with a hospital. Very smart and thorough. Great follow through. Highly recommend.
