  Always able to respond to any concerns or problems I may have as a student. Julianne is always a wonderful person and a huge asset to sterling. I appreciate everything she’s able to accomplish on my behalf.

  As it's a newer system, it's got some issues that pop up every once in a while but if you mention it to the support team it get fixed within 30 minutes. The staff is constantly improving the program both on the front and back ends. It's easy to learn to use as a student and have used it for both EMT and medic, only difficult part to understand is what's fully required of us as students, but it does get easier as you progress through the course.

  Absolutely loved using Sterling Credentials. We had a few issues here and there, having said that it was still in it's infantcy. Sterling Credentials is extremely user friendly, incredibly easy to navigate even for first time users. On top of that, you are able to get nearly instantaneous feedback and answers when needed. I believe I was a part of the the initial class to utilize the program and absolutely fell in love with it.
