Everything went smoothly during our stay, and any concerns that came up were promptly and efficiently addressed. We truly enjoyed our stay!

  I had a very disappointing experience with this property management company. When I moved in, the staff did a quick inspection and told me everything looked fine. They even said there was no need to check too thoroughly. I trusted them. But when I moved out, they suddenly became super strict. They inspected every little detail and ended up keeping over 80% of my deposit. I had hired a professional cleaning company to clean the whole place before returning the keys, but they still said there was a “bit of dust” and used that as part of their reason for charging me. In total, I barely got anything back from my deposit. The way they handled things felt really unfair. The move-in inspection was casual and relaxed, but the move-out inspection was overly picky. It feels like they were just looking for excuses to keep my money. If you’re renting from this company, be extremely careful. Take your own detailed photos when you move in and out, and don’t rely on their word. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on how they treated me.

  Terrible move-out experience – beware of the cleaning scam! I had a very disappointing experience with the property management at this apartment during my move-out. When it was time to leave, we arranged for a pre-move-out inspection with the management and their partnered cleaning company. They claimed our unit was in “bad condition” and gave us an outrageous cleaning quote: 3 people for 4 hours and 40 minutes, totaling $560. We found this price completely unreasonable and decided to hire our own professional cleaning service. After we thoroughly cleaned the unit ourselves, the property manager came for the final inspection and started nitpicking extremely minor issues – such as a few fingerprints on the wall and a bit of dust in the corners. These were not serious issues and could’ve easily been cleaned in under an hour. Still, they insisted we must use their cleaning company and deducted $365 from our deposit. This feels like nothing more than a scam between the property management and their preferred cleaning company to profit off tenants during move-out. We were left feeling taken advantage of, especially after fulfilling our responsibility to return the unit in good condition. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The move-out process was frustrating, unfair, and left a bad impression after an otherwise decent stay. Photos clearly show there was no major issue that justified a $365 deduction.
