  We found ourselves at Stepping Stone after our previous childcare center unexpectedly closed. While the transition was initially challenging for our child—mainly due to the larger classroom sizes and a different teacher-to-student ratio (we came from a 1:5 ratio)—he has truly flourished since joining. What stands out most is the sense of community, safety, and love. There are teachers who never even had him in their class who greet him warmly as if they've known him his whole life. They offer a variety of awesome extra curricular activities, field trips, swim days, etc. and really make sure the children are more than ready developmentally to move into the next classroom. He’s now preparing to start kindergarten, but he still absolutely ADORES his 3/4-year-old teacher, Ms. Keisha. He makes it a point to visit her whenever he can! That kind of connection means so much. Stepping Stone has been a wonderful experience for our family—and worth every penny. 🩶

  The summer camp is very fun and full of many activities I 100% recommend going here to make new friends and Ms Nichole is very kind and makes you feel welcome

  15 years ago my son went to Stepping Stone. Now going to Alabama University this fall and 2nd in his class I feel confident in saying that this was an exemplary school for my son in his formative years. Led by consistent leadership, creative opportunities, play and learning let my son be a kid.

  Stepping Stone is the best!!! Our boys have been attending Stepping Stone for 4 yrs.We love the school and all the teachers there. Our boys love attending Stepping Stone. Thank you Stepping Stone staff for loving our boys.
