  Took a stihl blower 800 still under warranty, did not want to mess with it my self to not void warranty, was told it was not running right due to carbon biuld up on muffler, was quoted $150 to clean up and do a tune up, declined service, got home removed muffler tried to start it and nothing, check valves and realised they loosen the nuts so much there was not way the blower will ever start, why would you mess with it just because i declined your service? No gasten su dinero en este lugar, como no quise que le hicieran el servicio le metieron mano a una blower para descomponerla mas, cuando la lleve prendia pero sonava raro, ahora ni prende

  I would not call this shop. They would not give you an estimate for servicing a lawn mower until you bring it in, after depositing $45. The lady on the phone had an attitude and hung up the phone on me. Not a place I would go for service.

  I've been going here for 30 years. Today was the last.... I went in for a primer bulb for a weed eater that I bought from them years ago. Before I could explain what I needed, the manager starts cutting me off saying they need the model number or they could help me. I had a picture of the part and the model number. They never gave me a chance to finish. I guess a picture of the model number and a picture of the part wasn't good enough. Well it would have been if the lady would have just gave me 2 min to show her the picture. Worst service ever, I go online and give the box store my money and not to the small business due to how rude they are.

  I have been dealing with this company now for over 10 years ! I have bought two back pack blowers. two weed eaters with all edger attachments chain saw hedge trimmer I saw the deal with 0 %. Had to to get a new o turn. I’m just a home owner but love stihl equ. I have them repair my lawn mower o turn model # 4260 works like a new one. ! My grand son wants to mow lawns. Looks like I got to help !I have had this mower now for over 10 years. Every thing else have had over 7. I take ever there to get serviced. Nothing but quality service ! I will continue to support them ! Thanks
