The process of selling my condo and buying my new home was dauting at first. I had several questions and concerns how the process would work. Most of my concerns were related to the escrow process. Steve was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent, took care of all documentation, and he kept me informed on a regular basis.   Steve listed and sold my condo at the highest price realized in my community. He helped me get it ready for sale by arranging for cleanup and removal of unwanted items accumulated over the years. The process went smoothly and he communicated regularly as to the status of the transaction and he was at the closing with me to answer any questions that came up. Thanks Steve.

  We recently decided that we wanted to purchase a second home in Vero Beach. We currently live in Massachusetts and had no real estate companies in mind. A friend of mine suggested Dale Sorenson Real Estate, having worked with them in the past, so I called and left a message. Steve called me back a short time later and I explained what we were looking for in our vacation home, which was very specific. And, don't you know, he found exactly what we were looking for and made sure we were able to get it. Working with Steve was such a great experience. He will do whatever he can to make your experience as easy and stress free as he can. We had an unexpected issue pop up between the lender and the title company at the last minute, actually the night before we were to hop on a plane to go down and sign the papers, and we didn't know what to do. I called Steve and told him what was going on and he got to the bottom of it. We were able to catch our plane and make the closing. I know this would not have happened if we didn't have Steve representing us. Early on I knew we were in the right hands and as the process wore on Steve just made us feel comfortable and at ease with the process, always taking time to really listen to our questions and concerns..
