Sondra was incredibly patient, personable, and knowledgeable in explaining the differences between term and whole life insurance, which really helped me make the best decision for me and my family. She took her time to break down the pricing clearly and guided me through the entire process of selecting the right coverage. I truly appreciate her professionalism, warmth, and dedication.   As a current customer at State Farm, this location has been a wonderful experience. I originally started with a different agent, and I'm so glad I was able to transfer to this one. The staff has been consistently amazing, from my first interactions a few years ago to my recent call. Most recently, I spoke with Katrina, one of the customer service representatives. She was incredibly polite and informative, taking the time to share helpful details I wasn't aware of, such as State Farm's estate planning pamphlets. It was truly a pleasure speaking with her. Overall, my experience with this location has been excellent. I would recommend my friends and family to do business with this Agent at this location.
