  Stephanie responded to an add I posted on gulf breeze moms for a house cleaning after I hurt my knee and couldn’t do it myself. I contacted her to schedule a cleaning. She gave me a price, told me she was sending two cleaners and it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours. The cleaners showed up more than half an hour late and there were three as opposed to the two she initially said. Not that big of a deal, but thought I’d note. Stephanie messaged me and asked for my email address to send a payment link. I asked if I could pay in cash. She said it was fine, then gave me a new price that was nearly triple than what she said it the beginning. When I questioned the change, she gave me some non reason, reason and started talking down to me like I was too dumb to understand what she was trying to say. Shortly after, she called me. She yelled, cussed and talked down to me, not allowing me to speak the whole time. Before she hung up on me, she told me she was pulling her cleaners out of my house and would not be finishing the job. She is a very unprofessional and nasty person.
