  Had a sore back and needed an adjustment. Was able to get a quick apt within a couple of hours. Still sore from the manipulation but on the road to recovery. Office was professional and friendly. Would recommend.

  I have been going here for about 6 months now and it has been amazing! The front staff are so warm, kind, and knowledgeable. They remembered my name after just 1 visit and I look forward to seeing them weekly. Their office is clean and organized. Dr B is very competent and thoroughly assesses my spine each time. The adjustments seem effortless and I always leave feeling so much better. I have sent family, friends, colleagues, and my own patients to him and everyone is impressed! Will definitely keep going.

  From the first call till after they finished up setting the next appointment . Was excellent . They gave me a few certificate to give to friends . I hope they’ll use you in the future .

  I was in pain for over a week ,even simple things like rolling out of bed or getting up from a chair were a struggle. After seeing Dr. Marcus Bertolero at Step Up Chiropractic, I can move so much easier and keep up with my little ones again. Dr. Marcus and the entire Step Up team showed so much care and aloha, making me feel supported from the moment I walked in. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern truly make a difference. My husband and even a few of my co-workers now go here too! Mahalo, Step Up!

  From the moment I walked in was welcomed and treated kindly by the front office staff. Met with the Dr to come up with a personalized treatment plan. Left feeling better than when I walked in and am looking forward to my follow up visit next week.
