  I am incredibly happy with my policy and the service I receive as a customer at Steinemann Hafner Insurance. My car was totaled in a January after an accident caused by the ice and snow. It only took a couple days for it to be inspected and declared a total loss. I had the money in the bank by the end of the next week. It was the least stressful auto accident I have ever been a part of. They didn't waste my time, they were understanding, and they got me a fair price. If you are looking for insurance services, I highly recommend Steinemann Hafner.

  I have been buying homeowner's and auto insurance through Steinemann-Hafner for over a decade. The service is exceptional. If I ask a question, I receive an immediate answer. If I need a policy changed, the change is made promptly. And, when I've filed claims, everything has gone smoothly. During the past 20 years, I've worked as an attorney in various offices, and I've rarely, if ever, encountered the type of professionalism and efficiency that I experience when dealing with Karen Rosekelly at Steinemann-Hafner. I would be hard pressed to name any other business in any industry from which I have received better service in the past 20 years. That's why when I left Sandusky and moved across the state, I never even considered looking for a new insurance agency.
