  Kevin and Caleb were excellent! They called to ask if they could arrive earlier than planned then called when they arrived. They both seemed anxious to do great work and answered all my questions while they quickly got to work. I could hear them consulting each other on details as they proceeded with the steam cleaning. Very pleased with the service and these two workers!

  Overall, my carpets turned out great and I’m very happy with the results. The only concern I had was that during the service, one employee seemed to be struggling with the solution and was being yelled at quite a bit by another team member. The repeated scolding came across as a little unprofessional and left me feeling unsure about how my carpets were going to turn out. That said, the finished product looks very good, and I appreciate the work that was done.
