  Do not use this company! Installed a well that didn’t produce clean water and then stopped answering our calls to come out at fix it. I had to walk into their office unannounced to get them to come out and fix. Almost 2 months without clean water in our home. Living off of bottled water and taking showers at a gym nearby. Costed me thousands of additional dollars.

  We have been using Stavens Brothers for our well repairs & upgrades for over 20 years. The whole crew from office to all workers are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, prepared, sympathetic, responsive, informative & answer my many questions before, during & after. They work together coherently as a team. The bill has never been more than the estimate given. In an emergency situation, they have arrived when they say they will. In a non-emergency situation, if they are delayed, they communicate the delay ahead of time. I trust this company to do only the work that is necessary & nothing more unless a discussion takes place. When they can't answer the phone, they usually call back quickly. We used to have an above ground pump & changed to a submersible pump since it is more efficient for our flowing artesian well. We have also used Stavens to frack our well too, since something caused a collapse near the base of the well. This is an amazing process with their well rigger & we got our water back the same day this work was done. I recommend using Stavens Brothers for all your well needs.

  We strongly recommend anyone working with Stavens GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE FROM THE OWNER outlining exactly what they will do and at what cost, and what timeframe. They went badly overbudget for us, and didn't do several of the things they said they would do verbally over the phone for the original verbally quoted price. Because those items didn't get done, we're now repairing damage at our own cost. Don't believe the guy at the office - talk to the owner ONLY and then get it all in writing. They didn't arrive on the days they said they would - they had us do their prep work that we had no idea how to do claiming that us doing it would allow them to start the job the next day. They then didn't arrive for several days. We took off work time to do this work. Their employees are great, though. They're friendly and passionate about well water. And the excavator they subcontracted to clean up the yard did a fantastic job.
