  Disappointing experience overall. Had a high service fee to come look at my HVAC unit even before starting the work. Their technician was very negative and kept telling me how bad all the repairs were going to be. He also had zero interest in helping me come up with a solution for the noise level on the intake vent. Joshua did try to remedy the situation when I had them come back to fix a pipe but he never followed up on the other quote for another issue. I won't be giving them any more of my business.

  I called Staton out after seeing them at a neighbors house and was very satisfied. My upstairs unit stopped cooling and the compressor kept trying to come and and would immediately turn off. Long story short the compressor was completely dead. I decided to replace the entire unit instead of the compressor only. Their pricing was very good compared to what some of my neighbors have gotten from "other" companies. They also didn't attempt to upsell me more than what I needed just presented the two options. So I signed up for a maintenance plan too.

  Staton Heating and Air was great!! Recently got my whole entire HVAC unit replaced at my townhouse which was a big decision to make. Tracy came out and gave me all my options. She was extremely helpful and ensured I would get the best customer service and care from their team at Staton and she was right. Ivan the lead technician and Jim were great. They were very respectful and ensured everything was done properly and cleaned up. Brandon also came out to ensure everything was taken care of properly and followed my system over the weekend to see how it was working. They came out to fix a couple things that didn't seem to be right, they want to ensure everything is done properly. Highly recommend using them and supporting local Alpharetta businesses.
